999999999 are an imposing and inescapable presence at the vanguard of the hard techno scene. In the studio and on stage, the immediacy of uncompromising machine music collides with the unpredictability of improvisation to create an ever-shifting, forward-pushing energetic force. Every thunderous kick, daggering synth stab and twisting acid line is fired off with a clear-sighted intention – everything is pitched to elicit the maximum physical and emotional response from the dancer. There’s no middle ground, just an emphatic tribute to the hard, dark, deep end of the night.

Anfisa Letyago

Anfisa has been cultivating her own unique and sophisticated sound, moving away from the more commercial edge of her early beginnings and embracing her love for underground House and Techno. Recently this rising star has caught the attention of  Mr Carl Cox who has been supporting her music regularly in his DJ sets and as a result he has given her the space to do 2 EP-releases in 2019 on his acclaimed Intec label.

ANNA

Starting behind the decks in her fathers nightclub back in Brazil at the age of fourteen, Anna has become an extremely skilful dj. With over two decades of experience and numerous releases on Drumcode, Afterlife, Kompakt and many other labels, she's one of the most noticeable artists in the world of techno.

Cera Khin

Tunisia born Cera Khin covers a broad spectrum of styles in her sets. Techno, acid, hardcore, be ready for an endurance test that will let you forget all your worries. Besides releasing on her own Lazy Tapes label and curating her own radio show, Cera also focuses on strengthening the mental health of our community via her '@Technomentalhealth' page. Make sure to catch her playing at a rave in the nearby future!

Charlie Sparks

His first Rotterdam Rave appearance in March 2022 was one for the books. Unleashing enormous amounts of energy in the crowd by blending sounds from all the corners of the techno galaxy Charlie is one to definitely keep an eye on.

Cynthia Spiering

Getting in touch with techno at the young age of 18, Cynthia Spiering has been making quite a name for her self these past years. It all started when she first began working in the vibrant Rotterdam techno scene. Always wondering how the many DJ’s managed to play such inspiring sets, she started to practice with technical aspects of DJ’ing. She managed to get many hours of practice in, which resulted in having her first gig in 2016. Cynthia Spiering, a fast rising DJ/Producer, with shows at some of the biggest events in the Dutch scene. Her profile is getting bigger and bigger with each gig. An artist to keep an eye on.  

DIØN

He's the Dutch rising star in the (hard) techno scene. With releases on Autektone Dark, KTK Records and Insolent Rave Records, DIØN is now lining up his own Rough Material Records label to become a platform that reflects his own vision on music.

DYEN

DYEN is Dutch techno producer/dj. He started with producing techno back in 2016. He had several releases on Otomo Records and a remix on Raven sigh. After these releases he created his own sound inspired by 90's and uptempo techno.

UK techno princess Imogen showcases quality techno at every gig. Expect a bass in your face mentality with a clear concept behind the story she wants to tell in her set.

Klangkuenstler

The Berlin-based DJ and producer KlangKuenstler debuted with his album‘That’s Me’, that brought him to play in renowned clubs and festivals all over the world. In 2016 his track ‘Jam Master Jack’ went viral and climbed to 1st on Beatport’s Tech House charts. Today, he has became one of the most promising house artists of the German scene.

Kobosil

Born and raised in the working class district of Berlin Neukölln, his musical aesthetic is shaped not only by his upbringing but also the cathartic energy of EBM, noise and industrial. Aside from releasing regularly on Berghain's in-house label Ostgut Ton, Kobosil also runs his own R - Label Group imprint, which he uses as a platform to promote releases by upcoming Berlin producers at the forefront of a bleak and riotous approach to dance music. It’s this combination of the dark and ecstatic that is at the foundation of Kobosil’s powerful approach to techno.

Nico Moreno

French Dj from Caen, Nico Moreno is one of the producers from the industrial rave/techno wave. He started producing at 20, he likes his techno fast with precise and punching kicks.

Paula Temple

Reveller Records | 50Weapons | R & S Records For over 15 years Paula Temple has been pursuing her own unique musical path. As a self-confessed noisician she specialises in a noisy, phantasmagoric techno sound, where the dial is rarely turned below 200% and every moment of silence seems deafening. Such refreshing high voltage music has placed Paula at the forefront of today's techno scene.

Shlømo

The Taapion head honcho from France knows how to work the room with techno bangers. Solo, as Viper Diva or in a b2b with another artist, Shlømo adapts without loosing his own sound in the mayhem.

SNTS

SNTS|Edit Select|Horizontal Ground|Sacred Court The anonymous artist SNTS has been a major player in the dark, gritty underworld of industrial techno. He is well known in the world for diffusing his warehouse sound, both as performer as well as the head of two imprints; SNTS Records and Sacred Court Labels.

Stranger

Tipped as being one of Rotterdam’s best kept secrets in techno, DJ/producer ‘stranger’ moves in mysterious ways and has quickly proven to be one to watch. His first musical appearance in 2014 was quickly picked up by established names as Dave Clarke, Sven Väth and Marcel Dettmann, giving to his career as well as to his own Self Reflektion label a major kick-start.

Trym

A techno artist who has proven himself to deserve his place on the scene and behind the decks at events, Trym has never stopped working hard on his projects. Blurring the boundaries between techno and hardtrance combined with his familiar touch of acid, Trym is a leading face of France's new-gen techno artists.

We expect a peak time between 14.00 and 16.00. Arrive early to avoid queues.

– Shuttle bus departs from Subway station Slinge

– From Rotterdam Central station you can take the subway to station Slinge, direction ‘D De Akkers’ or ‘E Slinge’.

– The buses will drive during the entire duration of the festival.

𝐁𝐘 𝐁𝐈𝐊𝐄

The easiest way to reach the festival is by bike or scooter. There’s a bike stand waiting for you directly in front of the festival entrance. It is possible to rent public transport bicycles at Rotterdam Central Station, You can rent these for €4,15 per bike per 24 hours. You do need a (free) subscription for this option that you can activate on your personal public transport card (OV-Chipkaart).

𝐁𝐘 𝐂𝐀𝐑

The whole Heijplaat area will NOT be accessible by car, so there are NO parking spots available within walking distance of the festival. When you truly don’t have another option then traveling by car, you can park at Waalhaven Zuidzijde. A shuttle bus will depart from there throughout the day to the festival. You don’t have to buy a parking ticket, but you will need a ticket for the shuttle bus.

When you are being dropped of by car, you can go to Waalhaven Zuidzijde. From this location shuttle busses can bring you to the festival. The Heijplaat area will NOT be accessible by car.

Are you arriving by touringcar? Make sure to notify us. If you haven’t registered your touringcar, their will be no parkingspots avaialble in walking distance of the festival.

𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐗𝐈

A unique way to reach the festival is by watertaxi. Three boats with a capacity of 400 people per hour will be ready to take you to the festival. The travel time is approximately 15 minutes and runs from 10:00 till 00:30. To reach the festival, the watertaxi leaves every quarter past and quarter to the hour from Marconiplein/M4H to RDM/Heijplaat (example 12:15 & 12:45). From there it’s about a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the festival. To leave the festival, the water taxi leaves every hour and half hour from the RDM/Heijplaat to Marconiplein/M4H (example 12:00 & 12:30). You can buy a retour ticket (€4) on site (PIN only).
